At the end of the summer of 2025, I looked into the Shopify service after seeing what they offer. I set up the site from a template, and it was clear I needed to make a change. After setting up the site I got to make sure that I may ship the paintings and also ordered a pile of envelopes to cover first shipments.

Well, I got to order quite a few because they were expensive to ship. After all, I got three envelope sizes, and that was all it took to secure a solid first investment. I have already planned my shop publishing dates for each painting, so this would make up for quite some time. I got a little upset when I discovered that the smallest envelope wasn't large enough for the smallest of my paintings.
I was lucky the envelope company swapped one of the envelope sizes to a larger one, as there would have been another envelope that was too small. At least I can pack the painting in the larger ones. After everything was safe to go, I removed the site password, and the shop went public.

The moral of the story is that if something happens for the first time, it's okay if mistakes are made. :)
